Frank Heslin is an Internationally Registered Instructor and Advanced Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy and has been in practice since 1996. Originally from Dunedin, New Zealand, Frank graduated as a primary school teacher in Armidale, NSW Australia. He has over 20 years’ experience teaching in primary or tertiary education in 4 countries. From the early eighties Frank travelled extensively in Asia and studied various forms of yoga. This inspired strong interest in natural health and a fascination with the relationship between ease of movement and overall wellbeing. While living in Japan (1986-1995) he studied Reiki, Massage, Reflexology and Craniosacral.
Frank first experienced and studied Ortho-Bionomy at a workshop in Tokyo in 1995 and he was captivated by its holistic approach, gentle effectiveness and wide scope. Frank continued studying Ortho-Bionomy in the USA, Australia and New Zealand. He completed his practitioner training with the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® in Sydney in 2000 and then went on to his advanced practitioner training. Frank became an Instructor in 2009. He continues to study and go deeper into this modality and is currently in the Advanced Instructor Training Program with the ‘Society of Ortho-Bionomy International’.
While living in New Zealand from 2006 until 2010 Frank practiced alongside Osteopaths at ‘Natural Body Link’ in Hamilton and worked with clients of all ages to address a chronic and acute health issues. He has taught Ortho-Bionomy in Australia, New Zealand and Germany. Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Kinesiology Practitioners, Yoga Teachers, Reflexology Practitioners, other health practitioners and students from a range of other backgrounds have attended his classes. Throughout his own training and teaching Frank has seen the whole-hearted response of students and established health professionals to a variety of Ortho-Bionomy classes. As a practitioner he has witnessed many clients notice profound change in response to Ortho-Bionomy treatments.
Frank and his family live near Morpeth and East Maitland, New South Wales where he has an Ortho-Bionomy practice, seeing clients from the Newcastle and lower Hunter Valley region. He teaches Ortho-Bionomy classes in Australia and New Zealand for the practitioner training program and for interested health professionals and learners.
